JANUARY 6, 1946 – NOVEMBER 5, 2016
Noel W. D. Moore, 70, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016, in Irving, TX from complications deriving from his battle with lung cancer. Noel was born in Cooper, TX on January 6, 1946 to Emmitt and Donnie Moore. He was the owner of AMT Electric for over 40 years.
Noel was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and he enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with family and friends. You could often find him at the local coffee shop visiting with friends. He was an inspiration to many, and everyone was always welcome in their home. He devoted his life to supporting his family and he was quick to help family or friends in need.
Survivors are his wife of 38 years, Barbara Stewart Moore, son, Chadwick Noel Moore; daughters, Elisha Nicole Martin and husband Eric; Heather Janay McCallister and husband Mason. Granddaughters, Charlotte and Annabelle Martin. Grandson, Brayden Polly. God daughter, Karah Graves Weaver and husband, Daniel; and their children, Austin, Alexa and Abigail.
Brothers, Buddy Moore and wife, Norma Jean; Roy Earl Moore and wife Barbara Jean; Larry Moore and wife, Markeita. Sisters, Betty Cross and husband Floyd; Barbara Pyron and friend, Thurman Hoover. A host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Noel was preceded in death by his parents, Emmitt and Donnie; sisters, Helen Clark, Ellen Turnipseed, Janice Scott, and brother, Bobby Moore.
