Peggy Valentine Collins, 89, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Collins, Jr., daughter, Linda Ann Pool, two sons, James Thomas Collins and Richard Lee Collins and a grandson, James Thomas “Jimmy” Collins, Jr.Mrs. Collins is survived by her two sons, William E. “Bill” Collins, III and his wife Pam, Robert Michael “Bob” Collins and his wife Doris, twelve grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.She was loved by her family, friends and church family at First Baptist Church and at Leawood Baptist Church.
