Kelly was a true Cowboy and worked on ranches for most of his adult life. Kelly believed in the Cowboy Way of Life, he was a Christian and a follower of Jesus Christ. He was going to be a first time grandfather coming this December. He had a kind heart and a great love for his family. Kelly also loved his dog Woodrow. Entering Heaven Kelly was met by his brother Brian, his grandparents Travis Dandridge, Virginia and Carl Mathis and Eola and Jimmie Smith. Kelly leaves behind his wife Christi Smith, Step-son Josh, Daughter Savana Lemons, Father Ronnie Smith, Mother Janice Collins and husband Billy Collins, Sisters Gina Smith and Carrie Hobbs, and numerous nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces.
