Scott Allen Hall, 49, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, in Lewes.

Scott was born July 6, 1969, in Frederick, Md., to Shirley Hall and to the late William Eiler Hall Sr. He was the loving stepson of the late George Shriner. Scott is survived by his beloved mother Shirley Shriner; dear brothers and sisters Deborah Weidman and husband Victor, William Eiler Hall Jr., Mary Lou Netheron, Lisa Taylor and her husband Steve, Janice Castranda, James Hall, Arlene Hall and wife Laura Harris, and Julie Carnaggio and husband Jim; cherished nieces and nephews Emily, Kyra, Justin, Sarah, Stephen, Kyle, Michael, Lucas, Kayla and Catherine. He is also, survived by many aunts, uncles, his devoted dog Foxy, and other loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends honored Scott’s life with a public viewing Friday, Oct. 26, and a funeral service Saturday, Oct. 27. Interment followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick.
