Including his wife Roxanne, Keith is also survived by four children: Keith D. Rogers ll of York Haven, Kristal M. Rogers of Etters, Jennifer E. Rogers of York Haven, and Kody D. Rogers of York Haven, seven grandchildren.
A viewing will be 9:30-10:30am Saturday November 10, 2018 at the John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2114 W. Market St. with a funeral service to follow at 10:30 with the Rev. Grate officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the 2451 Crystal Drive Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
