Wanda Sue Wilcox Owen, 69, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 6:59 pm Friday, November 3, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital.
Sue was born in Cairo, IL on September 11, 1948 to Paul and Mary Wilcox. She had been employed as a Hospice Sitter and was a member of the Spring Creek Church of Christ.
Mrs. Owen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Mickey Dean Owen, Sr.; her sons, Dean and Jason Owen, both of Paducah; her sister, Freedom Wheeler, of Jackson, MI; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Owen was preceded in death by her son Randy Owen; her parents, Paul Wilcox and Mary Katherine Hughes Wilcox; her sisters, Pauletta Brown, Shirley Shong, Fanny Hinton, Virginia Edging; her brothers, Jim Wilcox, Bill Wilcox, Millard Wilcox.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 pm Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services, with Andy Clausen officiating. Burial will follow at Houser Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, prior to the service, from 12:30-2:30 pm at the Lone Oak Chapel.
