Evelyn Rose Matthews age 95 of Lenoir City passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Evelyn was of the Baptist faith.
She retired from Charles H. Bacon Hosiery where she worked as a secretary.
Preceded in death by her husband, James C. Matthews; infant son, Ted Matthews; parents, Cas and Rose Bussell; sister, Estelle Ward; brothers, James Cas Bussell, Bobby Bussell, Bill Bussell; and nephew, William Cas Bussell.
Survived by nephew, Jim Bussell (Paula) of Mt. Juliet; niece, Gail Boring (Brad) of Lenoir City; great nephew, Matthew Cas Boring of Lenoir City; great niece, Jenna Bussell Ward (Tyson) of Mt. Juliet.
Family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 8th in the Lenoir City Cemetery for graveside services with Rev. Eddie Click officiating.
