Clifton A. Morris, 91, of Palmer Township, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 in Old Orchard Health Care Center.

Born February 3, 1927, in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late Clifton P. and Catherine (Kirgesner) Morris.

Clifton graduated from Easton High School Class of 1944 and a business school. He served with the US Army during WWII.

He retired as an accountant from Lehigh Valley Railroad, where he worked for 30 years.

Clifton was a history buff. He enjoyed reading, following politics and working out at the Charles Chrin Community Center.

He was a faithful member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Clifton had been a member of the former St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

There are no immediate survivors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Jane's Chapel, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Township. Call Thursday 10 to 10:30 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in South Easton Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
