Mrs. Casey was a graduate of Mount Carmel and Dominican College. She retired from the St. Charles Parish School System after teaching at St. Rose Middle and Norco Elementary. She also taught at Sacred Heart in Norco. Mrs. Casey was extraordinarily creative and talented (especially in cooking, gardening and quilting). In her youth, Mrs. Casey was an accomplished pianist.
