Mrs. Abigail Fackrell, the mother of Henry Fackrell of 414 First street, died Saturday evening at 6 o'clock from injuries received from falling down the cellar stairs about a week ago last Friday.
Abigail Green was born in Bridgeport, Vt. in 1823. She was married in 1846 to Henry Fackrell of Bridgeport and the couple moved to Rockton, Ill., in 1855. Mrs. Fackrell lived in Rockton until the death of her husband nine years ago when she moved to Bristol, Wis., to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Perrico.
A little over a week ago, while visiting her son, she fell down stairs, sustaining an injury which led to concussion of the brain.
She is survived by her son and the daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Perrico of Bristol, Wis.
The Rev. C. W. Barber offered prayer at the residence this afternoon and the remains were taken to Rockton, where funeral services were held this afternoon. The interment was in Rockton.
