Michelle Annette Garrett, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, passed away November 1, 2018, at the age of 62. She was born October 2, 1956, in Sloan, Iowa, to Harold L. & Jeanette (Johnson) Naig.
Michelle graduated from the University of Iowa in 1982, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and worked as a CPA. She enjoyed watching shows on Food Network. She loved the outdoors and her pets, her cat, “Tanya” and her dog, “Nala.” Michelle loved being a grandma.
She is survived by her husband, Ben Garrett; 5 children, Jason Garrett & wife, Dawn, Sara McConnell, Brianne Harmison & husband, Ryan, Justin Garrett & wife, Jessica, and Stacy Ehrisman & husband, Carlos; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Mark Naig & wife, Jody, and Miriam Vinton; mother-in-law, Nadine Garrett; and a host of other loving family members and friends. Michelle is preceded in death by her parents, Harold & Jeanette Naig; and her father-in-law, Donald Garrett.
