CALER, Floyd Thomas, of Quartz Hill passed away Jan. 15, 1994, in Lancaster at the age of 56 years. Beloved husband of Janice A. Caler; father of Floyd Thomas Caler III, also survived by two sisters, Carolyn Watters and Marilyn Caler. A longtime resident of the Antelope Valley since 1841, Mr. Caler operated his business, Caler Automotive in Quartz Hill for some 35 years. He was a Los Angeles county Reserve Deputy Sheriff for 25 years. He was a member of Lancaster B.P.O. Elks 1625 and was also a past president of the Quartz Hill High School Booster Club. Services will be held 11 a.m. thursday, Jan. 20, 1994, at the Church of Christ, 1655 East Lancaster Blvd. Interment, Joshua memorial Park. Friends may pay their respects from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday (today) at Mumaw Funeral Home.
