Lifelong resident of Dover Plains, NY, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at his home in Dover Plains. Mr. Vincent was a union electrician at Perreca Electric in Newburgh, NY.

Born on December 11, 1961 in Jacksonville, FL he was the son of the late Charles and Hazel (Perry) Vincent. Mr. Vincent was a graduate of Dover High School class of 1980. On June 22, 2002 in Millerton, NY he married Lori Young who survives at home. Mr. Vincent was a member of the IBEW Local 363 in Harriman, NY. He was also a member of the Faith Bible Chapel in Millerton, NY.

In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Vincent is survived by his daughter, Sarah Vincent of Dover Plains. He is also survived by two brothers, Charles E. Vincent of Fort Meyers, FL and Steven Vincent of Dover Plains and three sisters, Rita Judson of Red Hook, Carmine Salter of Pensacola, FL and Ann Marie Edge of Fort Meyers. FL. He is also survived by six nieces and twelve nephews who he loved dearly.
