Cochran, Gloria PACIFIC BEACH -- Gloria Cochran passed away on April 26, 2014 at Mercy Hospital from stroke complications. She was born on October 17, 1936 in Buffalo, New York. In 1958, newlyweds Gloria and Richard Komorowski drove across country in a 1954 Ford convertible to San Diego. Her love for the ocean and it's tranquility lured her to Pacific Beach where she lived her life. Gloria will be remembered for her friendly and outgoing personality. She understood the harmony underlying all churches and frequently crossed denominational boundaries. She loved studying the bible and sharing her faith with all new people. Another passion was dancing. She worked was an instructor for Arthur Murray Dance studios in her early adult life. Gloria is survived by a son, David Como. A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m, Sat, May 24 at Kehilat Ariel Messianic Synagogue, 3219 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego. 92117.
