Geraldine Watson, 91, of Kingsville died October 28, 2018. She was born on January 25, 1927 in Mason, Tennessee to Mr. Samuel S. Maclin and Mrs. Darthula Lambert Maclin. Mrs. Watson worked as a provider and was a loving house wife. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed by all. She was preceded in death by Her husband John H. Watson, daughter Sonja Patterson, sister Lorraine Tucker, Rose Ford, brother Samuel W. Maclin, Floyd Maclin. She is survived by daughter Rita Simmons (Merlin Jr.) Kingsville, son Lucando Watson (Olitta) San Antonio, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on November 4, 2018 at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with a prayer service that same evening. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. November 5, 2018 at St. Paul AME Church (531 W. Warren Kingsville, Texas, 78363). Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
