Wanda Mae Hubbard of Montesano passed away Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. She was 81. Wanda was born Aug. 12, 1937, in Frankfort, Ky. to Orville and Pauline (Catron) Hubbard.

Wanda was raised in Kentucky and had worked a housekeeper, waitress, caregiver and also assisted with her sister’s beauty salon.

Wanda loved Jesus and the Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her sister Janice and her husband Miquel Sinclair, including making several trips to Iowa. Wanda also enjoyed playing Bingo, dancing and going to the casino.

Wanda is survived by her two sisters Janice Hubbard of Montesano and Selena Bowers of Grayland; two brothers Toby Hubbard of Bullhead City, Ariz. and Ray Wagner of Salkum, Wash.; brother-in-law Miquel Sinclair and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Richie Wagner and her sister Alice Hubbard.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, in the chapel at Harrison Family Mortuary in Aberdeen. A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 25, at Wynooche Cemetery in Montesano.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Harrison Family Mortuary of Montesano.
