Pratt, Kansas — Marian Arlene Baker, 89, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her home. She was born January 21, 1928 in Ogallah, Kansas to William Rolly and Bertha Fenella (Reade) Hall. On April 11, 1948, she married Willis “Ray” Baker in Wakeeney. He preceded her in death on August 20, 1999.

Marian moved to Pratt from Quinter in 2007. She was a member of Quinter Methodist Church and attended Pratt Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Millbrook Chapter 108 in Hill City where she just received her 50 year pin in 2015. She enjoyed word search puzzles, sewing, crocheting, and volunteering at Hospice Thrift Shop.

She is survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, ; 25 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.

Marian is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray; and brother, Warren Hall.

Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017 at Larrison Mortuary with Pastor Doug Enick presiding. Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Wakeeney Cemetery, Wakeeney.
