Timothy H. Morgan, III, 71, of Mount Joy, PA, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018, at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.
Born June 17, 1947, in Hanover, PA, he was a son of the late Timothy H., Jr. and Pauline E (Altland) Morgan.
Tim graduated from York Suburban High School, Class of 1965. He attended Pierce College in Philadelphia and then served in the US Army. Throughout his career, he worked for The Bon-Ton stores in York, PA, Stewart and Morch Co. in York, PA, Montgomery Ward Stores in Maryland and Texas, and United America Advertising Company in Texas. Tim enjoyed collecting antiques and vintage toys, watching classic TV shows, and listening to music. In his later years, Tim proudly became tech savvy, using his iPad for video conferencing, shopping Amazon, and playing Words with Friends.
Surviving are his son, Brian C. Morgan; and daughter-in-law, Reta A. Morgan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving partner and husband of 35 years, David H. Sunderlin; and beloved dogs, Spike, Lulu, and Baby Lulu.
A memorial service will be held in the Spring 2019 in Sharon, PA. Interment will be held at St. John's Episcopal Church in Sharon, PA following the services.
