Arthur "Art" Rogers died on October 16, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. He was 73. Arthur, or Bill as his family called him, was born in Oswego, N.Y. After serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, he worked as a Journeyman printer, a surveyor with the Bureau of Land Management, and as a postal carrier. In addition to being an avid reader, music and animal lover, he could beat anyone in Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble and Jeopardy.
