Born May 8, 1943, in Friedens, Somerset County, the son of John “Jack” and Ruby (Yoder) Lowe.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers-in-law, Ken Radcliffe, Charles DaBella and Ronald DaBella; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Fleming.
Survived by loving wife of 51 years, Carol Ann “Nookie” (DaBella) Lowe; daughter, Lisa, wife of Rodney Morchesky, Carrolltown; son, Larry Lowe “Kingpin”, Northern Cambria; grandchildren, Zack and Ashley Morchesky and Kurt and Ella Lowe. Brother of Sherry Radcliffe, Patton; and brothers-in-law, Paul (Nancy) DaBella, Clymer and Jim Fleming, Northern Cambria.
US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and member of American Legion Post 506, Carrolltown.
Retired Coal Miner and member of UMWA.
Larry was a loving and devoted, husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed time with his family and helping his son around “Kingpins” Garage.
Friends will be received from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Paul Demi officiating. Military honors by local veterans organizations. Interment, St. Benedict Cemetery, Carrolltown.
