Per his obituary, Bud attended USC on a golf scholarship, where he was a three-time All-American, and in 2007 he was inducted into the USC Hall of Fame. He also won three national amateur golf championships and was a thirteen-time Wilshire Country Club champion. Bud was predeceased by his first wife Marsha and second wife Judy. Survived by daughters Marla, Paige, and Laura; as well as three grandchildren.
Further research shows that Foster was the son of Foster and Adeline Bradley, and that he worked as a stock broker after college.
