Ronnie is survived by his wife, Beth Gibson; Son David Gibson (Diane) and Josh Gibson (Rebecca); and grandchildren, Lydia, Danielle, Chloe, and Mallory.
Ronnie was a retired Charlotte fireman as an engineer for 30 years. He enjoyed horses, the rodeo, riding his tractor, oatmeal cookies and banana pudding. Ronnie was also an avid Washington Redskins fan.
A visitation is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 1:30PM to 3:00PM at Unity Presbyterian Church located at 8210 Unity Church Road, Denver, NC 28037. The funeral service will follow at 3:00PM. The Inurnment will follow the service at Unity Presbyterian Church Columbarium.
