Frances "Frankie" Velena Wells, age 68, died at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, MS on Friday, October 26, 2018. Born September 25, 1950 in Escatawpa, MS where she lived, loved and thrived. Frances was an active member of Summerville United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Usher Board and dedicated member of Sunday School and Bible Study. She was also a proud member of the Magnolia Monarchs Class of 1969. She was preceded in death by her father, Quitman J. Wells and brother Fredrick "Mar" Wells. Survivors include her mother Nellie Wells, siblings Clarence (Doris) Wells, Herman (Edna) Wells, Gloria (Holis) McArthur, Floyd Wells, Bernadean (Richard) Williams and Linda (Bert) Hinton. Homegoing service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Summerville United Methodist Church in Escatawpa, MS. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Interment will immediately follow service in Summerville United Methodist Church Cemetery, Escatawpa, MS. Relatives and friends are welcome to the repast at Summerville United Church promptly following interment. Arrangements entrusted to Robinson's Friendly Funeral Home, 4301 Main St., Moss Point, MS
