Rebecca "Becky" (Glover) Kendall, 67, was welcomed into heaven and reunited with her husband on October 28, 2018. She won the battle against cancer twice: once in 2013 to remain with her family here on Earth, and once again to join loved ones that have gone before her.
Born in Anderson on April 24, 1951, to the late Allen and Cleo (Reeder) Glover, Becky was a graduate of Anderson High School. She married Jerry D. Kendall on November 28, 1974 and began a life together that lasted for more than 35 years until Jerry’s death in 2009. She loved her family, enjoyed genealogy, rooting for the Colts, front porch sitting, and beating anyone who dared to challenge her to a game of Rummy!
She is survived by her sons Joseph Kendall and girlfriend Kimberly, and Richard Dean Kendall, all of Anderson; daughter Elisha Zimmerman and husband Scott of Somerset, PA; grandchildren Devin Kendall and wife Brittney, Dennis Kendall, Kaylynn Phipps, Avery, Addison, and Lincoln Zimmerman; great-grandchildren Kyleigh, Amaya, Paisley, and Paul; siblings Gary Glover, Claudette (Johnny) Garner, Danny (Carolyn) Glover, and Carrie Glover-Antrim; as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends. She was also preceded in death by her brother Leslie Jay Glover, and son's Eric and Jerry L. Kendall.
At Becky's request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be given to the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
