Mr. Levy Waldemar Ersch of Fredericksburg passed away on Wednesday April 11th in the Knopp Assisted Living at the age of 98 years.
Levy was born February 7, 1920 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Edward and Cora Grosenbacher Ersch.
Levy married Emma Bruns on December 11, 1940 in Junction, TX.
Levy is survived by two children and spouses: Florene and Randy Rusch of Comfort
Ilee Ersch and friend, Carlos Moreno of San Antonio
One grandchild and spouse: Michael and Caroline Rusch of Boerne
Two great grandchildren: Ethan and Blakely
Brother and spouse: Milton and Carrie Ersch of Comfort
Brother-in-law: Edward Stehling of Fredericksburg
Along with his wife and parents, Levy was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother: Viola Stehling, Elanora Schmidt, and Raymond Ersch.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday April 13th at 2 p.m. in the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church with Rev. David Priem officiating. Levey will lie in state from 1-2 in Church.
Graveside Services and Interment will follow in the Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery.
