Charles was born May 20, 1934, in Saybrook, Illinois, to Roy and Melba Beecher Quinn. He married Marilyn Fear in 1955, in Saybrook, Illinois. She survives.
He is also survived by his two sons, Timothy L. (Becky) Quinn of Sibley, Illinois, and Robert W. (Susan Arnette) Quinn of Gibson City, Illinois; daughter, Teresa (Jeff) Beightler of Saybrook, Illinois; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Judy (Gayle) Glascock of Gibson City, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Steven Quinn.
Charles was a member of the Wesbein United Methodist Church, Saybrook, Illinois. He worked for 16 years at Phillips Pipeline and 30 years at GTE retiring in 1993.
Charles was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and devoted friend who will be deeply missed.
