A native of Pittsfield, she had lived in the Lakes Region for many years. Survivors in addition to her husband include three stepdaughters, Mrs. Roy Tardy and Mrs. Joseph Gault, both of Gilford; and Mrs. Norman Fecteau of Rochester; three sons, George DeHart and Norman DeHart, both of this community; and Walter DeHart of Gilford; grandchildren.

She married Alexander Anderson George Tufts in Vermont in 1916. She married Louis DeHart in 1955. She is buried in the same lot (92 East) with Louis DeHart and his first wife Florence DeHart.
