Funeral service: 11 a.m, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 in Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Memory Gardens. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Memorial may be made to Hilltop Assembly of God 1670 East State Hwy 114, Boyd, Texas 76023. Joy was born August 27, 1934 in Italy, TX to Rev. Earl and Lura Hall Stephens. She loved to garden, cook, do puzzles and bake. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, A.C and Sal Hall and her step-daughter, Patricia Taylor.
