Doris, 84, died at Vancrest Nursing Home.

She was the daughter of Chester and Cora (Gibson) Sharp. In 1954, she married Henry Hodge 'Duck' Cawood, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a daughter Cathy Jaeger, Toledo; a son, Audie (Cynthia) Cawood, St. Marys; a brother, Alan (Velma) Sharp, St. Marys; two sisters: Gertrude Wilder, Pineville, KY, and Hazel (Robert) Adams, St. Marys; and six grandchildren, two step grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

Deceased are a brother linked below; a brother-in-law, William Wilder; and a son-in-law, Scott Jaeger.

She and her husband lived in Toledo until 1973, when they moved to St. Marys, where they lived out the remainder of their days. She worked at Allied Gear Corp., BR & W Tool Co., and Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home. She loved her Kentucky Wildcats and Atlanta Braves up until the time dementia reared its ugly head. Her family gave her the greatest joy and she often referred to Cathy and Audie as her greatest accomplishments.

Services will be at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton.
