Service Monday, 12 noon at Congregation Beth Am, 225 McHenry Rd., Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Midwest Palliative & Hospice Care Center, 2050 Claire Ct., Glenview, IL 60025.
