Ms. Scott entered into rest Saturday August 4, 2018 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
She was the daughter of the late Charles Wilson and Clara McGee Wilson. Ms. Scott was a native of Pontotoc, MS and had made Aiken County her home since 2006. She was a member of the Christ Central Ministries in New Ellenton, and was a retired supervisor in the commercial department in the County Assessor's Office in Gary, IN with 23 years of service. She was a collector of knick knacks and loved her gardening and flowers. Survivors include two sons, Dillard (Lily) Scott Jr., Aiken and Matthew Scott, Chattanooga, TN; one son-in-law, Pastor Elijah McDaniel, Aiken; eight grand children, Shanea Milton, Shannon Moses, D'Lisha Scott, Courtney Scott, I'Yanna Scott, Johnathan Scott, Matthew Scott, and Noah Scott; and six great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one daughter, Cheri McDaniel; one brother, Robert Wilson; and two sisters, Minnie Banks and Alice Drake.
