Steven Todd Riggs, 59, of Young Ward, Utah passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 24, 2018. He was born March 3, 1959 in Logan, Utah to William and Ruby Riggs. He is the youngest of three siblings. He attended Sky View High School. In 1980 he married Karen Riggs and had four children. Steven worked as an equipment operator at Spindler Construction for the past 38 years. Steven was an avid outdoorsman. He loved spending time in the mountains, rivers, and lakes with his family, friends, and horses. Some of our fondest memories were fishing, hunting, and camping. He was greatly loved and will be forever missed.

Steven is survived by his mother, Ruby; brother, Dennis (Beth) Riggs, sister Carol (Steve) Hawkes; his four children, Josh (Nicole) Riggs, Emi (Scott) Hellwege, Nicole (Carson) Felkel, and Paul (Kaylee) Riggs; his 6 grandchildren, Liam, Tripp, Millie, Landon, Grant, and Wade; grand-dogs, Blade, Newt, Wrigley, and Cody. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill Riggs.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 27, at 1:00 PM at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St. in Logan. A viewing will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday evening and from 11:30-12:30 PM prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Wellsville City Cemetery.
