Mrs. Thelma Tozer, 53, of 625 Sheridan, died in a local hospital this morning following an illness of several weeks. She was born in Cuero and lived in Weslaco for some years before moving to Corpus Christi in 1947. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Independence Chapter 1044, a past president of Does and a member of the ODHS.
Survivors are her husband, Walter F. Tozer; two daughters, Mrs. James C. Holmes (Mary Louise) of Corpus Christi and Mrs. C. E. Beavers III(Sarita) of Fort Worth; two grandsons; her mother, Mrs. L. M. Eubank of Weslaco; three sisters, Mrs. J. E. Norwood of Donna, Mrs. Elmer B. Hodges and Mrs. Jesse Woolf both of Corpus Christi; two brothers, D. L. Eubank of Edinburg, and J. E. Eubank of Weslaco. Funeral arrangements are by Cage-Mills Funeral Home.
