Jack William Willson, 76, of Fargo and formerly of Valley City and Jamestown died Tuesday June 24th at Sanford Palliative Care in Fargo. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be conducted at 3 PM Sunday at the Lerud-Schuldt Funeral Home in Valley City.
Jacque Arden Johnson was born April 14, 1938 at Perth, ND. His adoptive parents were Merrill and Adeline Willson of Leal, ND. Jack graduated from Leal High School in 1957 and on May 20, 1957 was married to Shirley Velure at Spring Creek Lutheran Church in Hastings, ND. He spent most of his life driving truck.
He is survived by Shirley Willson, children: Joanne (Dale) Jorissen, Jack (Amy) Willson Jr., Janelle (Calvin) Jensen, and Janis (George) LeBlanc, Siblings: Gerald (Mary Jean) Willson, Robert (Kay) Willson, Judy (Dick) Dauer, Barb (Kim) Holloway, John (Sheila) Willson, Jerome (Marty) Johnson, Judi (Don) Larsen, Art (Deb) Bakken, Craig Johnson, Nels (Alana) Sneve, Greg (Linda) Falk, Sue Falk, and Pam Johnson, Grandchildren: Corey (Sara) Jorissen, Brady Jorissen, William (Jessica) Hansen, Matthew Hansen, Kyle (Lisa) Jorissen, Austin Jorissen, Michael (Carly) Willson, Morgen Willson, Molly Willson, Calvin JensenJr., Crystal (Johnny) Mendez, Brandy (Scott) Jensen, Jesse Jensen, Josh Jensen, Annie LeBlanc, Jay LeBlanc, Jasmin (Ian) Cubit, and Jerry LeBlanc, and 24 great grandchildren.
