Lee Roy White, age 74, of Russellville, died Friday, October 26, 2018, at his home. He was born on March 6, 1944, in Russellville, to Roy Edd and Kathrina Anna Baurichter White.

He was a member of East Point Baptist Church. He retired from Firestone after 33 years of service, and he loved playing golf.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Ruth White.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Velma White; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry Lee and Monica White, Gerry Dean and Mandy White, and Kenneth Ray and Angie White; two sisters, Evelyn Hull and Anna Lou Johnson; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at East Point Baptist Church in Russellville, with Rev. Larry Pless and Rev. Chad Duvall officiating. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Pallbearers are Bill, Dave, Larry, and Mike, his golf buddies; and Randy, Edward, Mark and Craig, his nephews.
