When Charles George Lusk was born on March 11, 1918 in St. Paul, Minnesota, his father, George, was 30 and his mother, Gertrude, was 21. He married Beatrice Louise Setterholm on August 14, 1940, in Beadle, South Dakota. He died on October 6, 2018, in Wickenburg, Arizona, at the age of 100.
Charles served in the U.S. Navy and later earned a masters degree in education working as an industrial arts teacher in the San Diego area.
He retired to Borrego Springs, California and later moved to Wickenburg, Arizona in 2008. He was a member of the Wickenburg Rotary Club and a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice in 2012. They are interred in Bay City Cemetery in Wisconsin.
