She was born on April 20, 1931.
She taught typing at Washington High School, was a wonderful mother, nurtured lifelong friendships, and in her later years loved doting on her grandchildren.
Martha is survived by one daughter & son-in-law, Lee and David Moss McCowan and two grandchildren, Grace Trader and Victor McCowan, all living in North Augusta, SC. She is also survived by a sister, Kathryn Loparo of Brecksville, OH, a niece and nephew, Anne Wojnicz-Jarrell and Chuck Loparo Jr., great-nieces and nephews and a great-great-niece.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Victor M. Moss and parents, William D. and Julia (Smith) Ward.
Family and friends will gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10:30am to 11:30am with a memorial service to follow at 11:30am, Pastor Rod Geiger officiating. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
