Mr. Bidwell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eloise (Johnstone) Bidwell; two sons, Robert Bidwell of Somers, Conn., and SFC David Arthur Bidwell, stationed with the U.S. Army in Chu Lai, South Vietnam; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Helen) Sullivan of Burbank, Calif., and Mrs. Harold Cass of Marlboro, Mass. [Judy Ann (Bidwell) Cass Larrivee (1946-2012)]; grandchildren.
