June 16, 1977 - October 23, 2018 Randall Paul Wayne Powell, AKA “Randy The King”, age 41, passed away Tuesday Oct. 23, 2018 at Baptist Health in Richmond. Randall was born June 16, 1977 in Cincinnati, OH to Randall Powell and Wanda Lou Rose Rogers. Randall enjoyed drawing and being outdoors fishing and riding horses. He loved helping others, was loved by many and had a heart of gold.

Randall is survived by his wife Kimberly Hillard Powell, his father, Randall Powell and his wife Bertha of Tampa, Fl., his mother Wanda Rogers and her husband Keith of Berea, KY., three step children, Chris Robinson, Aspen Robinson, Ciara Robinson, two sisters, Nancy Powell of Berea, KY., Deliah Powell Smith of Clarksville TN., three nephews, four nieces, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.

Funeral services will be 2:22 PM Saturday October 27, 2018 at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Neeley, Deryck Jones, Ray Powell, Johnny Powell, Timothy Isaacs, and Larry Rogers.
