Dustin Bryan Hardy, of Casper, was born to Dee Ann (Anthony) and Donald Hardy on October 16, 1984. Dustin passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018.

He graduated from Natrona County High School in 2003. Following graduation from high school, he attended Casper College. Eventually his career path led him to his position as Plant Manager of Norco in Casper.

On October 15, 2009, Dustin’s path was forever changed when his daughter Amelia Ann Hardy was born. The two of them would spend every possible moment together, teaching Amelia how to hunt and fish, along with all other aspects of life that Dustin cherished. Amelia was second to none in her father’s eye. He was and will forever be so proud of her. These father-daughter moments were always irreplaceable to Dustin.

In 2010, he met his soul mate Renee Sietmann, and they were married on May 25, 2014 in Duluth, Minnesota. Along with Amelia, the three of them made their home in Casper and enjoyed hunting, fishing, their dogs and spending life together. Renee brought travel and culture into his life, and he introduced her to the Wyoming outdoors, teaching her to hunt and fly fish.

Dustin was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Murph and Pearle Anthony, and grandparents Donald and Sarah Hardy. He is survived by his wife, Renee, and daughter, Amelia, grandparents Bill and Shirley Anthony, parents Donald Hardy and Dee Ann Anthony Hardy, brother Cullen (Alex) Hardy, mother-in-law, Janet Sietmann, brother-in-law Kevin (Siglen Woitek) Sietmann, sister-in-law Caroline Sietmann, along with a whole Sh#!-load of other relatives.

A memorial service will be held celebrating his life on Friday, October 26, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. at the Tate Pump House in Casper. Camouflage and blue jeans are encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dustin’s honor to the Access Yes Program at any regional office of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
