Victor Eugene Wagner, 81, of Lowell, Ohio, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Majora Lane Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Millersburg, Ohio. He was born on September 22, 1937 in Dungannon, Ohio, son of Victor D. and Grace McKitrick Wagner.

He graduated from Beverly High School and had been an electrician for many years. He was a member of Electricians Union Local # 972 in Marietta for 60 years.

He was married on September 28, 1958 to Elizabeth C. Durben Wagner who died on May 26, 2018.

He is survived by one son, Steve Wagner and wife Julie of Coal Run; two daughters, Michelle VanNoy and husband Greg of Shreve, Ohio and Sherry McCartney and husband Donald of Shreve, Ohio; five grandchildren, Michael VanNoy, Damon Shoults, Larissa Reid, Courtney McCartney and Isaac Wagner; five great grandchildren; and a brother, Roger Wagner and wife Doris of Beverly.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Betty Ward and Joyce Shriver.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
