Life Member, Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 340, Port Elgin - Served 6 ½years with the Royal Canadian Artillery in France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.
At the Southampton Care Centre on Saturday, December 15th, 2001, at the age of 84 years, Theodore Albert “Pete” Brannick of Port Elgin, husband of the former Marguerite Vennard, father of Janice Storms of Lindsay, Irene and her husband Murray Howe of Bruce Twp., and Anne of Port Elgin. Grandfather of Mark and Sarah Howe, brother of Lorraine (Mrs. Donald Brown) of Owen Sound. Predeceased by one sister Doreen, by brothers Bill, Lloyd and Walter Brannick, by his foster-brother “Red” Mercer, and by his son-in-law Bill Storms. He is also predeceased by his parents Edmond and Bertha Brannick.
