ETC (U.S Navy Retired) Peter Bruce Harris Sr. passed away after an extended illness November 21,2017 at Emory Midtown Hospital, Atlanta GA.
Pete was born in Albany,GA September 15,1944 to Benjamin F. Harris and Betty (Simpson) Harris. He grew up in Macon, GA and was 1962 graduate of A.R. Willingham H.S. He attended Middle Georgia College In Cochran. He was also retired from Scientific Atlanta. Pete is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Donna (Moser) Harris, Four children; Lori, Peter Jr., Christopher, and Rebecca. Grandchildren; Amber, Andrea, Sophia, Bella, Abigail, Savannah, Julian, Matthew, and Helena. Great grand children; Khalia, Jalen, and Aiyana. Sister Robbye Gutierrez, Brothers Steve, Jack, and Tracy Harris
His greatest joy was spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to whom he was known as Papa.

A service to inter his ashes at the Georgia National Cemetery is planned for after the holidays.
