She was born on March 13, 1909 to the late Beatrice Woerner in the Norwood section of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mrs. Waterman, wife of the late Charles G. Waterman, was a devoted homemaker and served as a deaconess at the First United Church of Christ Congregational in Milford where she was a longtime member.
She was an avid square dancer and enjoyed sailing and playing bridge.
She is survived by her children Robert A. Waterman, Sr. of Killingworth, CT and James F. Waterman of Plantsville, CT., and 10 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons Charles B. Waterman and Gerald R. Waterman and her second husband Lawrence O. Bidstrup.
A memorial service was held at the Plymouth Building of the First United Church of Christ, Milford, CT. Interment will be private.
