He graduated from Bethle Bible College and served as Pastor at Sonlight Baptist Church. He served his county in the U.S. Navy. Steven is survived by His wife of 22 years Nancy L. Stevens, four sons, Jesse L. Stevens, Brandon M, Stevens, Steven O. Stevens, Jr., and Christopher S. Stevens and his daughter, Amy L. Stevens, all of Summerfield, FL, his mother, Georgia Stevens, a brother William A. Stevens, two sisters, Barbara Ann Mullins and Gina McCandless and #3 grandchildren as well as his faithful dog Stiches. The family will receive friends on Thursday May 17th between the hours 4 - 7 p.m. and Fri. from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., with services beginning at 12 p.m. at ROBERTS FUNERAL HOMES BRUCE CHAPEL EAST. Interment will be held at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens Roberts Funeral Homes Bruce Chapel East is in charge of arrangements.
