She was the daughter of James and Verne (Wilgus) Collins. She married Forrest Plummer, who preceded her in death.

Having had a variety of jobs in the service industry, she particularly enjoyed being a waitress. She was the Social Director at Luther Pines for many years and she was a member of the Red Hat Society where her nickname was "Miss Shop-A-Lot". She was very involved at the Lima Baptist Temple and she loved crocheting and baking. She was a woman of faith who never lost her trust in God.
Services will be at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
