PATRICK, Jeffrey Lee Age 61, of Columbus, formerly of Huber Heights, died Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Koebaker Hospice Hospital, Columbus. He was born January 19, 1957 in Portsmouth, OH to Bill & Faye (Evans) Patrick; a graduate of Glenwood High School, New Boston, Class of 1975; & retired from Creative Extruded where he worked as a mechanical engineer. Preceded in death by his mother. Jeff is survived by his father; daughter, Sabrina Patrick of Vandalia; son, Connor Patrick of Columbus; step-son, Ryan Pennington of Enon; sister, Vicky (Craig) Miller of Columbus; & other relatives & friends. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 12 noon at Vandalia Nazarene Church, 620 Stonequarry Rd, Vandalia, OH with Pastor Mark Batton officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
