Gary W. Stanley Jr., 56, of Anderson, passed away Thursday, September 9th, 2018. Gary (Junior) was born March 28th, 1962 to Gary Stanley Sr. and Sonja Mundel. Also raised by stepmother Carolyn MacArthur.
Gary, everyone called him Junior, enjoyed going to church. He had a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews. He would say: “Hello little person”. Junior also enjoyed telling everyone jokes. He enjoyed making everyone laugh. Some of his favorite times were Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers with family.
Gary is survived by Genny (Gerald) Imel, Tammy (Owen Brewer) Coyle, Jeri (David) Alcocer, Roy (Misty) Stanley, Bobby Mundel, Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Gary Stanley Sr., Sonja Mundel, and step mother Carolyn MacArthur. Siblings, Marsha Kay Morton, Anthony (Butch) Craig, Donna Jean Stanley.
A memorial service to celebrate Gary (Junior’s) life will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13th, 2018 at New Beginnings Church, 2717 South Central Way, Anderson, IN 46011. Pastor Gary Marcum officiating.
