He was a proud U.S. Army Korean War veteran who served as an artillery trainer and cook. He worked at Gould Battery and Williamette Industries, and loved his retirement life. Mr. Brewer was a member and volunteer of the Morrisville Senior Center, enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the casino. He also enjoyed cooking, dancing, holidays and loved spending time with his large family making homemade noodles and fudge, playing cards, watching scary movies and teaching his grandkids how to enjoy life. His beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of his family.
In addition to his wife, Harvey is survived by his children, James Brewer (the late Ann), Pamela Brewer-Schiavo (Ron Moran), Tracy Brewer-Thompson (Robert) and Penny Brewer-Marrazzo (Joseph). He was the adoring Pap-Pap to Katie, Jimmie, Beth, Stephen, Lisa, Lindsey, Corrin, Chelsea, and Jodi, and the proud great grandfather to Paige, Shaylin, Grace, Joey, Landry, Lincoln and Wyatt. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, friends, extended family and his favorite dog, Dunkin.
Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.
