Mildred Marie Proctor Parsons, 82, of Belle, passed away August 22, 2018 at St. Francis Select Specialty Hospital following a long illness.
Mildred was an elderly care giver and loved flowers and her two cats, Baby and Pretty Girl.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Orel Parsons Sr.; parents, Neal and Belva Morris Proctor; brothers, Basil Petry and Glen Proctor and sisters, Mabel McGraw and Betty Proctor.
Surviving are her son, Orel Parsons Jr. and his companion Melody; daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Eddie Crawford, Denise and Jerry Anderson and Sherri and Richard Mace; brothers, Mason and Charles Proctor; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and sister-in-law and best friend, Lou Ann Proctor.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday August 27, 2018 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle, with Pastor Rick McCracken officiating. Interment will follow in Beane Cemetery, Sissonville. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Monday.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, 1126 East DuPont Avenue, Belle, West Virginia 25015 to help with Mildred’s final expenses.
